Bailey Coats
Bailey has been in various service, sales, and management roles in the financial industry for over ten years and became a licensed mortgage broker in 2019. He is proud to live and work in his hometown of Cold Lake, Alberta, providing mortgage services to the entire Lakeland area, as well as assisting clients across Canada.
Bailey is the broker of record and one of three partners at The Mortgage Centre Elite. Within our brokerage, he handles operations, payroll, and technology. Bailey has always had the instinct to be a leader and is passionate about implementing the newest technology, including automating processes to save time and simplify tasks to improve the experience for our clients and brokers.
In Bailey's free time, he enjoys traveling, spending time on the lake in the summer, and socializing with family, friends, and his dog, Jax.
Holly Cochrane
Holly has been in the mortgage industry for 25 years and became a broker in 2010. She continues to be devoted to providing seamless and timely service to her clients.
Holly is passionate in ensuring her clients receive the best product that helps them achieve both their present, and future goals. With a deep understanding of the industry, she provides thoughtful solutions to difficult circumstances, which means clients can rely on Holly to navigate them through the constantly evolving mortgage process comfortably. Since 2020 she has been running The Mortgage Centre Elite along with her two partners, Jordan and Bailey, while also taking on a mentorship role within the brokerage.
Although Holly has two adult children, she still puts her parenting skills to the test with her Maine Coon cats, Arthur and Mitzie. Holly enjoys camping, traveling and spending quality time with her family and friends.
Jordan St. Pierre
Jordan has provided mortgage services to the Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, and greater Edmonton area since 2013 and expanded to other markets in Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan.
He is passionate about providing clients with financing solutions tailored to their unique needs, goals, and future. With experience in the industry as both a broker and owner, clients gain a competitive advantage when navigating the ever-changing world of mortgages.
Jordan excels at getting buyers approved for the mortgage that's right for them, even in challenging circumstances.
He is proud to have a mentor role in our brokerage and is ardent about sharing his knowledge and expertise with our team. Jordan is an avid golfer, skier, and traveler and enjoys spending time with his wife and two dogs.
