CCB (Canada Child Benefit)
Let us open the door to home ownership!

CCB (Canada Child Benefit)
A CCB Notice, is a summary of your annual Canada Child Benefit entitlement. Each July after you do your taxes, the CRA (Canada Revenue Agency) will send you a CCB Notice outlining your entitlement for the following year.
Lenders will require both pages 1 & 2. They will use this to verify the income amount. Proof of the child(ren)'s age(s) will also be required as CCB income can only be used up to a certain age. (Varies by lender, typically age 15) You can provide a Birth Certificate, Passport, ect. To show child's age.
WHERE CAN I FIND MY CCB Notice?
